Encouragement!!! what miracle it can do?? A lot my friends.Skill without encouragement is like plant without water.Encouragement can make your skill propell with great thrust and reach u out beyond boundaries.Let me begin with a simple thing, imagine school days probability problem or the problem on statistics(They really troubled a lot na... ...) but still if u solve a problem and the teacher gives pat on your back just saying "well done",belive me,it has the power of making probability
and statistics as your favourite subject. I dunno how many how many of u agree....Now why this happens or how this happens is the question. The pat that teacher gave you makes many things like-
*It creates a confidence in u that you know something(not much) about the subject.Once u gain the belief that u know something, more than half of the problem is solved.
* The confidence that i was the one who answered among whole class intacts tremendous Energy!!!!!!!
*It creates a kind of rep in class that,when the teacher gives next problem, even he will be egarly waiting at u,that u will do it.And to stay at his expectations you will
definately do it.
Lets come out of the school days,lets luk at the facebook, on the single post we make,we open the same post or the scrap or the snap thousand times to track the record of the likes and the comments.Is it we do that simply?God only knows how many have become the designer,the writer,the photographer just bcoz of the likes and comments in the facebook .if this is the case why the hell we take so much of time to appreciate others. The only thing want to tell is always be the first to
appreciate others and automatically you will be appreciated at right times.It not even takes the single penny just to say-"nice dress ","gud handwritting","luking gud", "well done","keep it up"..................These appear silly but they do lot.
In my neighbour i had a small Lkg girl.she was dumb like anything that u cant imagine.But one day i heard her dad telling to her while taking her studies"we all spell it as "A(ye) car" but you spell it as "A(a) car" and this is most the positive thing in u.And today i am seeing that girl as the editor
in the very renouned company(And she remembers her dad's words as the words for her success).There is no limit to the level you can go down to encourage others.
So wether it may be sharuk or the common lay man everybody needs encouragement in whatever they do.... Shaan and sunidhi got such huge positive response for their first albums now noboby can hold them.There are countless people who have come up without any encouragement.But the thing to understand is encouragement acts like a catalyst in the chemical solution called life.It accelerates the speed of you going into the success.So always be the first to encourage others and also first to take the encouragement from others and watch for the Miracle within u.
